Colette Strategic Solutions was founded in 2023 by Colette Botha, who initially envisioned a one-woman operation dedicated to delivering tailored business transformation services. With a deep passion for strategic development and leadership enhancement, she set out to create a consultancy that prioritised personalised solutions for every client. As demand grew, so did the company, evolving into a thriving organisation with a strong network of professionals. Today, alongside a dedicated team, Colette Strategic Solutions continues to help companies, teams and individuals achieve cultural alignment, talent development and sustainable growth.
